Relieving stress during lock down

There is a lot of cases suffering from immense stress during lock down.
 Do not forget to exercise. All these days we have been finding excuses that there was no time foe routine exercises.
Body relaxes more  with exercises. 
Milk with turmeric and pepper  are highly recommended.
Exercises releases toxins from the body.
 make most useful of this period to relax, rejuvanate and to repair body. take care
